3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a shared pool, and a private terrace/ garden with a
spectacular views over the village and sea.The comfortable accommodation comprises :Kitchen/ Living
room with sofa, TV and a fully equipped kitchen.Three Bedrooms with double beds.

It is ideal for two families with young kids, who not only wish to enjoy the beach but is also well situated
for those wishing to explore the Ligurian countryside and all it has to offer Dining terrace with stunning
views over surrounding hillside and sea the house has a large garden terrace over looking the sea with
BBQ area where you can sunbath or dine while taking in the spectacular views over the sea. All 3 unit
can be rentet has one unit.
Poggi is only 3 km from the coast and sea. Inland from the sea there are plenty of historical villages and
sites to visit. Imperia is a prime location for your stay on the 'Flowers Riviera', strategically located
between the Italian and the French Riviera.
There is a beach for all tastes within only a short drive. The closest
being Porto Maurizio 3 kms where there is a public or private beach with plenty of bars and restaurants
and play area for children free parking and a large supermarket close by.
The price includes mains water, electricity, gas bed linen towels & cleaning Weekly rental is from
Saturday to Saturday – check in between 4-8 pm, check out by 10 am. The pool Opening time
is from May to September

How to get to the house Bay car from Milan: Take the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and
follow the signs towards Ventimiglia. Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest. From Nice. Take the A10 to
Genova and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow
the
signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare after 500 meter on your right you find the turning for Poggi drive for
3 km to the village at the church village follow the signs to Civezza after 700 meter the house is on the
left up the hill at number 55
