This is a beautifully peacefull modern villa with swimming pool set amongst pine trees olive groves and
wild flowers of the open countryside just above the enchanting village of Civezza with panoramic views
over the undulating Ligurian countryside and sea. The villa is surrounded by a mature well kept
landscaped garden with a large pool and plenty of outside space for entertaining.

The property is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a modern fully fitted kitchen with dining table.
A spacious living room with doors opening out to a large terrace overlooking the pool and with views out
to sea. The room is comfortably furnished with two sofas TV etc. And a double bedroom with a double
bed and bathroom.
The first floor has a further double bedroom with a double bed &comfortable sofa bed air con and
separate bathroom.

Villa Luna is only 5 km from the coast and sea. Inland from the sea there are plenty of historical villages
and sites to visit. Imperia is a prime location for your stay on the 'Flowers Riviera', strategically located
between the Italian and the French Riviera.
Villa Luna is at 2 km from the village of Civezza. Some reasons why Civezza is a perfect holiday
location: Civezza is a typical Italian hilltop village with far reaching views over the sea hills and valleys of
the province of Imperia. If you have come to 'simply relax' then you need to go no further than this
charming village which offers two shops selling everyday needs and locally grown products including the
famous Taggiasca olive oil and wine.
There is a superb restaurant /pizzeria 'Le 5 Torre' serving very good pasta dishes plus a full a la carte
menu. There is also a take-away pizza service here. The village Bar sits on the main square with
stunning views over the valley. The bar is open all day and also serves very good food and is a perfect
meeting place for morning coffee .
There are many Festa's throughout the summer months plus live music at various venues within the

By car from Milan: Take the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards
Ventimiglia.
Take the exit marked ImperiaOvest.
From Nice. Take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest. After leaving the
motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare drive for 4 km eventually on your
right you find the turning for Civezza once in the village stop in via Giusti at the bus stop.
