FRESH, MODERN, 7 ROOM TERRACE HOUSE at seaside - 30 min. from Stockholm

A fresh, modern 5-bedroom terrace house, 120 square meters with 7 beds. Open plan between living/dining room and kitchen. Two bathrooms with a shower & toilet, one of them also with a washing (laundry) machine. The house is located by the sea on Ingarö, in the Stockholm archipelago, 30 km from inner city. It takes about 30-40 minutes by car from Stockholm (Slussen). There are also busses from Stockholm, with a walking distance from the bus stop to the house.
The kitchen is well equipped with stove (ceramic hob) and convection oven, fan, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, glasses and everything that is usually found in a kitchen. On both sides of the kitchen there is a dining table with chairs. One is usually used for hobby / playing games and the other one for meals. On the other side of the kitchen bar, the living room has a big sofa, coffee tables, two Lammhult chairs, as well as a TV, DVD and a radio. There is also a fireplace with dry firewood ready for cozy evenings. The living room has large windows and exit to the wonderfully large terrace (150 sqm) which is built around the house. On the terrace you find a dining area, barbecue, deck chairs & sun beds, swings and plenty of room for play.
FLOOR 1: (Main entrance on the ground floor). Bedroom (1) has a bunk bed. Bedroom (2) has a junior bed and toys & games (suitable for children 4-16 years). There is also a recreation room with a table tennis and a bar, sauna, bathroom with shower and toilet.

FLOOR 2: Kitchen and living room in an open plan. Bedroom (1) with a double bed. Bedroom (2) with an integrated narrow double bed and foldable over bed. Bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine and dryer.
FLOOR 3: (Attic floor). Bedroom with two single beds and loft with desk landscape and a great DVD library.

The beach is located 250 meters away. From a lawn, a path goes down through the forest site down to a pebbles stones road that leads to a nice, private boat site as well as a sandy beach and cliffs remote which is perfect for bathing and fishing. Another major sandy beach is Björkviks Havsbad, which is a 10 minute drive away. Views offer an archipelago coast with sand and cliffs exactly where Ingarö meets the Baltic Sea.

Enjoy the silence of the winter or listen to the birds chirping outside your bedroom window or from the terrace. Deck chairs and hammock offers you quiet moments when you want to relax. A swing, a rope ladder, a seesaw and a cable car offers children excitements. Fish, swim in the sea, take a walk in nature or just relax. If you want to activate yourself, there is table tennis indoors or nice walking paths. When autumn storms and winter takes its grip outside, it is wonderful with the woodburning stove. Furthermore, you can relax in our beautiful sauna with a view to the forest.

Canoe and life jackets are available, some children sizes. Fishing rods for amateurs are also available. The garden features a flat grass area for ball games or to play around! Parking is available by the house. The house is situated in a quiet area, nestled in the forest, close to the beach, in a small private cottage area. You can drive the whole way to the house. There is also a bus stop at a walking distance from the house. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. After your visit, you either clean the house yourself or you pay 3500: - extra for cleaning.

The nearest grocery store is 8 km away in a community called Brunn. There you will find most of the supplies such as food and fuel, but also a sports field, a cider show and a golf club.
