Description

Rent a cottage or large Villa at Lullyhill by the beautiful Snäckviken
4.5 km north of Visby, with approx. 300 m to the beach.

We have 4 cottages of varying sizes and a large exclusive Villa.
Everything from 2+2 beds, 25 m2 to the largest cabin with 6 beds
on just over 60 m2. The exclusive Villa is more than 250 m2 in
size. The cottages are located on a nice forest plot approx. 30 m
above sea level. All cottages have a nice sea view and south facing
with lots of sun. The location and the view from the Villa are
adorable, you can see Högklint and Visby harbor and the entire
coastline in between.

All cabins were completely renovated between 2006 and 2011.
They are very modern with a high standard and good sleeping
comfort. The cottages have fully tiled shower rooms with tiles and
underfloor heating, modern kitchens with ceramic hob and
dishwasher. porch/patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture.

In the surroundings around the cottages, there is a very scenic
environment with many nature trails, some of which lead to a very
nice nearby nature reserve.

Going down to the beach only takes a few minutes and then you
can choose the popular Snäckgärdsbaden's sandy beach with many
visitors, kiosks, restaurants and other activities.
Or you choose your own part of the quieter stone/sand beach to
the north, where you can have your own beach to enjoy and
maybe bring the grill and enjoy the evening meal with the sunset
as a backdrop.

If you want to cycle or walk, there is a very nice cycle path 10-20
m from the beach all the way to Visby, it takes approx. 20 min to
cycle or 45 min to walk.

At the cottages, there is a playground for children and playful
adults, with a trampoline, basketball hoop, various games and
swings.

Road Description

Drive road 149 north out of Visby, 1.5 km past the airport, turn in at
the Lullyhill sign, where we are at the end of the road 30 m above
sea level with a grandiose sea view.
