Description

Welcome to our beautiful cottage that we rent out in idyllic
Kuggeboda.

Live in the countryside with animals & nature as neighbors about 1 km from the sea and swimming area.
Fully equipped cottage with 5 beds that has an open plan of a total of 36 square meters. There is also a loft in addition to these
square meters with a 120 cm bed.

The cottage is located on the owner's property but has a back that is private.
Patio of 28 square meters facing southwest where you can sunbathe, have dinner in the evening and enjoy the sunset.

On the plot there is a trampoline (May -> October), a football goal and a playhouse that can be used, inside there are also dice
games and puzzles.
Bicycles can be borrowed for free and there are a few different sizes and a high chair on the luggage rack.

Two golf courses are nearby. 4-star campsite with a temperate pool and restaurant is 4 km away. Karön, a
pearl in the archipelago with swimming and restaurant, Ronneby Brunn with a large water park.

WiFi is included and shared with the owner.
Fully equipped kitchen and toilet with shower in the cottage.
New sofa group inside and new sofa group outside.

New 50" TV with built-in Chomecast so log in to your own accounts and stream, you can of course watch SVT channels without
accounts.

Changeover day: Saturday.

Spa bath can be booked for 350 SEK per occasion for 5 people

Electric car charging can be arranged with 5 kW/h, check the price with the owner.
