The villa is in the small Swedish community of Orchid Village, in an area with
34 other houses. The area has two big pools with children pool and Jacuzzi and
it's just 700 yards to the calm, beautiful beach with gorgeous soft sand and sea
bottom. Nearest shop and restaurant is a couple of hundred yards from the villa
and it's an additional some hundred yards to the centre of Huai Yang with many
shops and restaurants where everything is very cheap. The villa has a big
terrace where you can enjoy the warm evenings and 6 miles from the village lays
a national park that is known for its beautiful waterfalls and nice nature. If
you want to relax and take it easy in a relaxing environment this is the place
for you.

The villa is built 2005 and lies in an area that is called Orchid IV that
consists of 35 houses and two pools. Orchid IV is one of six similar areas that
together form Orchid Village. There are several other such villages around in
Ban Huai Yang, all built by Thailandfastigheter and mainly owned by Swedes.
