Beschreibung

We can offer a room for 1 or 2 people. You have the choice between 2 single
beds or a double bed. The room is on the first floor, the private bathroom is on
the ground level.

All beds come with sheets and bedding. Towels are provided to all guests.
Free wifi for all guests.

Breakfast can be ordered for 75 SEK per person per day and includes among others home made bread and jams. I cater gladly for special dietary
needs. Should you wish to cater yourself for lunch and dinner, you are
welcome to use the kitchen.
A convenience store is 700 meters away, open all days from 8AM to 10PM.

Our house is in a quiet neighbourhood at the outskirts of town, yet with
excellent access to public transportation. Should you come by car, we can
provide a parking space. Our house is 2 minute drive from the E4 motor way,
so perfect if you are just passing through.

The house and surrounding buildings are all strictly non-smoking.
The outer yard provides a playground for children, in a car-free environment.
Summertime, you can enjoy the sun on our patio. Wintertime, you can go cross-country skiing at the tracks, on just 5 minutes walking distance.

Wegbeschreibung

Public transportation: bus line 1 or bus line 8 to "Östra Ersboda". Get off
at the last stop "Östra Esboda". Our house is then just 2 min walking distance.
Keep us posted which bus you took, and we will meet you at the bus stop.
By car: drive to Umeå North along the E4 and take exit Östra Ersboda at the
roundabout. Follow directions for the industrial area Filgränd (no worries,
there is no industry here, those plans were cancelled long time ago but the
road signs remain).
