Directly overlooking the Alhama Signature Course and the lakes. This top floor corner penthouse is
situated in Block 10 on Los Naranjos in a quiet location directly overlooking and enjoying breathtaking
views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course with the mountains in the distance, and superb sunsets
of the Sierra Espuna mountains as a backdrop. This Penthouse has truly stunning uninterrupted views,
perfect to wind down after a great round of golf.

The property is fully equipped with brand new modern appliances and is in excellent condition. It sleeps
4 guests comfortably. The indoor space is 68,4 sqm and the terrace is 18 sqm big.

The modern American style open-plan kitchen is equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances:
oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and iron. The
apartment is fully equipped with cookware, china dinnerware and cutlery, glassware and cooking
utensils. The indoor dining area seats four comfortably but has an extending table to seat six if
required. The living area has a recliner sofa, a 42" flat screen TV, DVD-player, WIFI and a A/C unit.
In one bedroom with a sliding door to the terrace there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there
are 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and A/C units.
Bed linen and towels are provided for.

The apartment has a modern tiled bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, shower screen, towel
rail, mirror and cabinet over as well as under the basin.

On the L-shaped terrace overlooking the golf course, Condado de Alhama, Al Kasar as well as the
mountains, there is a built in BBQ, outdoor furniture and 2 sunbeds. The outdoor dining area seats four.
This south-west facing property has a retractable awning to provide with shade in the summer if
needed.

DIRECTIONS FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT

Leave Alicante Airport for Murcia, Granada, Almeria on A7. Stay on this motorway until you reach Murcia
City.

As you drive through Murcia with the city on your left hand side, you will pass a shopping centre, on the
right, Nuevo Condomina and a football stadium. Shortly after the big yellow Arabic sign follow signs for
Granada/Almeria and turn right onto the A7 at exit 138. Follow this motorway for approx 30 km.

When you have reached Alhama de Murcia, you will pass a factory called El Pozo on the right hand side,
shortly afterwards you will see signs for Bahia Mazarron, Cartagena and Fuente Alamo (RM2) leave the
motorway at exit 601b and follow the motorway for approx 2 km. Turn right at exit 4 signed RM-23
Mazarron, take first exit off roundabout towards Mazarron. Carry on for approx 3 km and take exit 5
signed Condado de Alhama.

At roundabout take the exit up the tree-lined road where you will reach the main Condado de Alhama
Monument. Go straight across the roundabout and carry on until you reach a roundabout with brown
apartment blocks with a security gate to your left. Enter security gate and call our key holder. If you are
staying in our golf suite, turn right to the security gate at Condado and call our key holder.

DIRECTIONS FROM MURCIA (SAN JAVIER) AIRPORT

Leave airport and follow signs for AP7 Cartagena. Join AP7 at slip road signposted for AP7 Cartagena
and travel on AP7 for a short distance (to exit number 790). Leave AP7 at exit 790 signposted for Torre
Pacheco. Keep following signs for Torre Pacheco.

Shortly after the PW Garden Centre, you will come to a roundabout – go straight on (F30 Torre Pacheco).
You will immediately see Phase 2 of the Mar Menor Golf Resort on the right and a red hotel with white
dots on (Barcelo Torre Pacheco) on the left. At the next roundabout, take the F14 turning, sign posted
for Murcia/Cartagena.

Continue on the F14 and at next roundabout take the second right turn. (Note – the first sign on
approach to the roundabout says A30 Murcia/Cartagena but the sign at the turn-off just says El
Jimenado. Follow the main F14 road through the village of El Jimenado.

Shortly after you leave the village, you will see a tractor garage on the left and a tall white building on
the right. Shortly after the chicken factory, you will reach a major roundabout. Take the second exit,
sign posted RM2/A7 Alhama de Murcia and Andalucia.

Travel on the RM2 for approximately 30 km. Look out for sign for RM23 Mazarron/El Palmar – take this
exit. Go right round the roundabout to the last exit (3rd exit) which is sign posted RM23 Mazarron. Turn
right right at exit number 5 sign posted for Condado de Alhama. Go right round the roundabout, take
3rd exit up the palm tree lined boulevard into Condado de Alhama.

Go straight across the roundabout and carry on until you reach a roundabout with brown apartments
blocks and a security gate to your left. Enter security gate and call our key holder.
