Beschreibung

The apartment is within the urbanisation of Las Flores de Burriana.
Our apartemt has 47 sqm area inside, plus a outside space at the poolside.
AC Inverter system is installed for cool nights and a pleasent sleep in the
summer times.

It has one bedroom, one bathroom plus a lounge kitchen with open plan. In
the
lounge there is a bed sette for two persons, so totally four persons is the
upper limit.

The kitchen is refurbished totally recentlly.
Flat TV with the the free Astra channels, DVD plus some movies and books are
available for the guests.

The location is very good and you walk to Burrina within five minutes. The
pool
area are south located and are locked to the commuity in a green zone
valley.

In the winter time, we rent for min one month at the time.
In the summer period, one week is the minimum, but 10 days is fine too!
The days to move in and out are free as long as the apartment is available
of
cource.

Nerja is located 50 km east of Malaga! Nice roads all the way, so 40 min from
the
airport of Malaga.
