The house was built in 1965 but renovated several times until 2006, it is well equipped with all kind of equipment and offers great comfort. A spacious kitchen, a comfortable livingroom and a small library there is also separate WC and shower. The house have two bedrooms with four beds. The house is situated on a hill, surrounded with natural garden and fruit trees. There is a beach and boat marina at 5 min (about 500m from the house) You will also find two beaches and a Boules court within walking distance. and there is also a food and grocery Store approx. 4km. towards Ankarudden the southpoint of Torö. On "Ankarudden" there is also a famous restaurant.

Wegbeschreibung

From Stockholm, go to Route 73 (toward Nynashamn), turn off at Älgviken and
continuing past the exit to St.Vika and cross the bridge of "Tottnäs". When you
pass the church of Torö at the right hand turn left in about 3 km. towards
Sågsten, Continue approx. 2 km. before branching off the 2:nd road to the left
(Tegelbruksvägen) and continues to nr.25 at the left hand.
