Villa Sunflower
Nice Norwegian- owned detached house with two separate apartments for rent. The
house is just 150 meters from the sea and has its own pool of 3 x 5 meters.
Villa Sunflower consists of two separate and equally equipped apartments and in
high season we rent them out together - but the rest of the year you can rent
one apartment. Price in low season EUR 500 per week per apartment, in peak
season ie school holidays EUR 1000 per week .

Apartments
Each apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen
and private terrace with outdoor fireplace / grill. The kitchen is very well
equipped with dishwasher , oven and cook top , coffee maker and waterboiler .
There are two bathrooms - one with shower and one with bathtub. Three
bedrooms ,
each takes two people - one with a large double bed 180 cm , one with queen
size
bed 140 cm and one with bunk beds . The house has satelite TV and can also

Villa Sunflower is situated in a pleasant village with two supermarkets , two
restaurants and many coffee shops / bars. Beautiful beach with beachvolleyball
and vollyballnet in the water. Boccia field. Close to the larger , lovely town
called Sibenik. Here are three major shopping centers with everything you can
imagine. Very short walk to great SPA . Two national parks very close to the
house. Many excursion possibilities in nearby areas.
