Beschreibung

Only 260 meters from Gotland's most child-friendly sandy beach you will
find these secluded houses with only a few visible neighbours. The beach
and Vitvärs fishing village can be glimpsed through the trees.
Walking distance to shopping, cafes, restaurants, Folhammar raukarea,
marina, golf course, tennis courts, padel courts, miniature golf, soccer field
and walking trails.

The main house, 57 sqm, has three bedrooms with six beds (one room with
double bed and two rooms with bunk beds), comfortable sofa bed with
additional two beds, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine,
fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and exit to terrace with
outdoor kitchen and fireplace under the roof.

The guest cottage, 19 sqm, has four beds (one room with double sofa bed
and one room with bunk beds), kitchen corner and terrace under the roof.

Access to a large number of bicycles and barbecue.
Pets are allowed.

Changeover day is Sunday. Access to the cottage is from 12.00 on day of
arrival until 12.00 the day of departure.

Discount for bookings of at least two weeks.
