A modern bungalow in a green complex with pool/kids pool.

Close to the beach, bus stops, golf courses, park, supermarket and a top gym. Everything you need
just around the corner. Quiet area for a relaxing holiday.

Our bungalow has a private garden and terrace. In the garden you have a sun lounger with sunshine
all day long and you can escape the heat on the terrace in the shade where you have a chill out
corner with a sofa and an armchair.
A table that seats four persons for a great bbq in the evening and a breakfast in the morning sun.

Inside you have a;
Living room/kitchen with all you need.
Satellite tv, sofa bed, aircon, fridge and freezer, dolce gusto espresso machine, toaster, kettle,
microwave.

Master bedroom with a queen size bed, closet and a chest of drawers.

Second bedroom with a bunk bed and a chest of drawers.

Bathroom with a shower, toilet and hairdryer, towels and soap.

The washing machine is located in a closet outside on the terrace where you also find an extra fridge.

There is also a BBQ on the terrace.

Close to Maspalomas golf, Meloneras golf and Salobre golf.

Getting Around

Bus stops and taxi stop just around the corner. To get to and from the airport with bus you get
number 66 with stops just outside the complex.
Taxi is about 40 euro from the airport.
