Iώ , is the renovated upper floor apartment of a stone house, which was bought by the current owners 20 years ago. It was a house of the last century.
It was restored and renovated twice last in March 2022, with care and respect for the traditional style.
It would be our great pleasure to be able to share with you the uniqueness and beauty of the house with veranda & jacuzzi.
You will enjoy the feeling of rest, relaxation and tranquility of an old house with modern comforts.
Iώ, the renovated traditional apartment with veranda, has its own gate with stairs.
The apartment consists of a level surface, and the upper bedroom. The total height of the apartment is 4,5 m.
It combines the old Cycladic style of materials and construction with today's comforts.

It consisting of an upper-placed dubbel bed wardrobe, a living room with single stone-build bed, a stone build table where you can relax and enjoy your meals, , as well as smart air-conditioning, TV, WiFi.
Behind the living room is the kitchen with all electrical appliances, with warm water and the bathroom with its own shower.
In the veranda of the apartment there is a table and chairs. The veranda is covered by a fixed wooden pergola, having view to the sea, the castle of Kastelli and nearby mountains.
At the front side of the veranda there is the Jacuzzi for relaxation and enjoyment, having view as described above.

The house is located 5 minutes from the main square of Emporio.
There you will find supermarkets, mini markets, cafes, restaurant, traditional souvlaki, pizza, bakery, butcher shop, grocery store, pharmacy, dental clinic, banks, bus stop for Perissa, Perivolo for swimming in the sea and for Fira.
To go to the sea (Perissa or Perivolo) by bus you need 8- 10 minutes. For Fira 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic).
In Fira there is the main bus station from where you can travel to Oia, Kamari etc.
For Akrotiri you take the bus to Fira, you get off at the Akrotiri bus stop, junction you cross the road to take the bus, that comes from Fira to Akrotiri. In Akrotiri there is an outdoor archeological site and it is worth visiting.
Also in the area of ​​Akrotiri there is the famous red beach with red volcanic rocks.
You can also move by car and scooter for a long distances to explore the island.
The house is 150 meters from the two municipal parking lots, so that accessibility to the house is easy and comfortable.
Emporio is the largest village of Santorini and the Cyclades. To the east dominates the mountain Profitis Ilias with the homonymous monastery, then the ancient Thira high up with a museum and from this place you gaze at the beautiful Aegean sea.
