This newly built cottage from 2022 is tastefully and practically furnished with everything you could
want for a comfortable stay in Branäs.
The cabin is built by Norwegian developer Hytte Lykke near ski in - ski out roads. High up on
Branäsmountain in the new popular area Räven. Nice view from the living room and kitchen towards
nature and Branästoppen. 50 meters from the cottage is the ski road, which takes you down to
Björnbacken in a few minutes. 12 beds spread over 5 bedrooms, three rooms with double beds and
two rooms with built-in family beds with room for three people in each room. Shower/WC on the upper
and lower floors and with sauna on the lower floor, lovely living room with wood burning stove,
spacious and well equipped kitchen with tall cupboards. Ski storage on the outside of the cabin and
boot storage with separate drying cabinet. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and also in
the shower/wc on the upper floor. 50" TV and free wifi. A large and nice terrace with an excellent
sunny position and a view towards Branäsberget invites you to outdoor activities and sun worship.
