Rent a flat with 55 m2 (max. 4 people) or 75 m2 (max. 5 people) in a new,
environmentally friendly house. It is located approximately 200 m from the
town’s most popular beach. The apartments are held to a high standard, you’ll
have a well-equipped kitchen, one or two bedrooms, living room, bathroom,
balcony with a sea view and more. The heating of the house is taken care of by
solar cells. Ventilation, temperature indicators, smoke alarms, air condition
and evacuation plans are installed in every apartment. We have also, by the
Croatian Ministry of Tourism, been issued three stars (***) for our flats.
Nearest store for every-day commodities is located just 50 m from the house,
walking a bit further (400 m) will take you to the city centre. At hand is also
a barbecue with adjoining gazebo and parking space.
Or rent a two-storey house including two bedrooms with 6 beds, approx. 70 m2,
located in the middle of the city. The ground floor has a bedroom, kitchen and
bathroom whilst the upper floor has another bathroom and bedroom and also a
huge terrace. This house suits a big family or two smaller families vacationing
together.
Price from 365 € per week including taxes and fees.
Vodice is a jewel on the Adriatic coast with cozy cafés and restaurants,
located about 5km from the city Sibenik. The closest airports are either Split
or Zadar from which you have a distance of sixty kilometers. Out of the city of
Vodice it’s approximately 12 kilometers to the National park Krka
www.npkrka.hr. To the National park of Kornati www.np-kornati.htnet... there go
boats daily from the marina. Np Plitvice www.np-plitvicka-jez... and
Paklenica www.paklenica.hr are also in close proximity.
The city offers other activities like scuba diving, surfing and is also host to
one of the biggest clubs www.hacienda.hr on the coast.
