LOCATION
Quiet and nice villa area about 1.5 km from Albir city center and beach.
Sha-Wellnes Spa Clinic is close by. Sierra Helada National Park with beautiful
hiking areas is right above the property, with paths leading to the top of the
mountain or to Benidorm through orange and lemon groves.

The property has 3 accommodation units in a separate closed area. A total of 11
bedrooms with a total of 21 permanent beds. It is possible to add extra beds in
most rooms. A baby cot may be available (please advise in advance if this
isdesired). The outdoor area has many seating areas.

Unit 1 consists of a large kitchen, living room, dining room and 4 en suite
bedrooms.
Unit 2 (downstairs) consists of kitchen, living room, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms
Unit 3 is the so-called "Casita" (which is a small house). The accommodation is
70m2, has good headroom and consists of bedroom, one bathroom and kitchen
/living room. From the terrace you have a beautiful view.

All units are well-equipped. There is A / C and internet access in most rooms.
Towels and bed linen are provided.

The swimming pool (length 10 m / width 5 m) has water with low chlorine and salt
content (equivalent to about 20% of sea water's salt level). During winter,
spring and autumn the water holds a temperature 5-6 degrees C higher that other
pools in the area. The pool area can be closed in whole or in part. In order to
limit sunbathing, a partial closing may be beneficial especially in the middle
of the day when the sun is strongest. There is the possibility of complete
closing (which only takes a few seconds to complete) - when not used. This
option is particularly appreciated by families with small children (as an
additional security).

Even on gray and cold days the water keeps a good temperature. When the pool
area is closed, it is also comfortable to be a "lifeguard". The swimming pool
can also be heated- if you wish to an even higher temperature- for an additional
cost.

The property has a large barbecue for coal as well as one that runs on gas. The
barbecue area is just outside the main kitchen and therefore meals can be easily
prepared for 20-30 people.

The pooltable is for free use for a deposit. The table has competition goals.
The table can also be used in the evening due to good lighting.

There is access to the tennis court and a small basketball court which is freely
disposed of by the urbanization (10 properties) residents.

In a shady area in the garden there is a mini-gym.

There is internet access in most rooms and in several of the outdoor areas. We
have English / Norwegian and international TV channels.

There are a number of elongated bathing beaches and beautiful hiking areas
within a short distance. If you want to vary between sandy beaches, it is
recommended to go to Benidorm, Villajoiosa and Calpe. Calpe is also famous for
having good fish restaurants and good climbing opportunities (Calpe Rock).

The property is as mentioned close to the national park - which provides
opportunities for running or nice walks. The trails are also popular for
mountain-bike enthusiasts (we have 2 regular bicycles at your disposal -
specialty bikes can be rented in the center of Albir).

There are several places in Albir where bicycles are hired. "Monkey rent" -
located in the center of Albir, near the beach, also has other "cool" (including
small motorized) types of vehicles.

In the distance there are classical cultural beads like Altea, Polop and
Guadalest. It is 5 km to the party town Benidorm. Amusement parks like Terra
Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar are 7-15 min drive from the
property. Within 6-8 km there are also large golf courses. It is about an hour's
drive to a great safari park (Safari Aitana). It is also recommended to take a
driving route inland / mountain area that takes 2-4 hours - visit mountain
villages (such as Tarbena) - and possibly combine with wine tasting and
exquisite dining experiences.

The area is great for exercise trips. There are great training facilities for
athletics, football, tennis, swimming and golf. For road cyclists, the area is
perfect.

For sports enthusiasts, it is recommended to visit the sports facilities in
Alfaz del Pi (athletics / football / tennis / basketball / strength training)
and La Nucia (which also has great indoor swimming pool). La Liga matches may be
seen in Valencia (about 1.5 hours drive). In Albir there are a number of
football- pubs showing the most important matches in the Premier League and La Liga.

Albir and Altea (just off Albir) have a variety of good eateries. There are
several places in the province of Alicante, which has received the Michelin
star. It may also be possible to hire a chef who takes care of the purchase and
cooking on the property.

For cultural interests it is advisable to get information about current offers -
