The villa is situated in the countryside near Vera in the Costa Almeria. It
is only 10 minutes from beautiful beaches and 5 minutes from the town with
shops restaurants and banks. The villa shares the pool (10x5 m) with a 1 bed
apartment, also available for rental.
The gardens are 5000 sq metres and are planted with over 100 mature fruit
and Olive trees.
A quiet and relaxing place to stay and a perfect base from which to discover
this beautiful corner of Spain.
The Villa is fully equipped with everything you could need and also Ceiling
Fans, Central heating and Air Con (hot/cold) for comfortable living all year
round.

Wegbeschreibung

Fly from Sweden to Alicante or Murcia(San Javier) airports. A car is essential
to fully appreciate the region and it takes about 2 hours from Alicante and 80
minutes from Murcia to reach us, both routes are on good motorways.
You can also sometimes find flights from Scandinavia to Almería just 50 min
away.
