Al Borgo is a small, totally restored apartment located in an old building on
the Via Borgo Giannotti, a charming shopping street just outside the city wall.
The apartment consists of a hall, lounge and kitchen (gas hob, microwave oven,
dishwasher, Nordic and Italian coffeemakers, and toaster), dining area and comfy
sofa corner, TV and stereo
Go up a couple of steps to the bedroom, bathroom (with shower) and furnished
terrace (approx. 18 m2) where you can grill. Washing machine/dryer included.
Al Borgo is located in an old building, but is fully restored and tastefully
furnished. It has sloping walls with a beautiful ceiling with exposed chestnut
beams. There's lots of space and plenty of lightand the best of all is that it
is very close to the centre of Lucca, with all the shops, restaurants and sights
within walking distance, yet you can drive right up to the door. Something which
is not possible for an apartment within the city wall. Furthermore the
apartmentt is equiped with aircondition.

The price does not include bed linen, towels, utilities and obligatory end of
stay celaning Eu 50. The price excludes heating that must be paid according to
consumption or use of aircondition ( Eu12/day) which has to be payed when the
remote controll will be handed over. All extra costs must be paid to the
owner.Deposit EU 300 to be paid to the owner upon arrival.
