A luxurious traditional French Manoir in the heart of the Minervois sleeping
up to12 people in six huge bedrooms, four with en-suite, the other two
with their own shower rooms.
This chateau style house, furnished with a mixture of antiques and modern
luxury, has its own private pool in a south facing courtyard garden.
Manoir Theron was built in 1857 and retains many of the traditional
features associated with a house of quality in these times including large
rooms with high ceilings, marble fireplaces and a dramatic sweeping
staircase.

Recently, the house has undergone complete renovation to accommodate
the needs of the 21st century whilst respecting the splendour and
elegance of the original building.

The House has a kitchen, lounge, separate dining room, wc, laundry and a
large games room on the ground floor with the six bedrooms and
bathrooms spread over the 1st and 2nd floors.

There are 6 luxurious bedrooms, two with king-size beds and four with
twin beds, so easily sleeping 12 adults. A cot and high chair are available if
there is baby in the party. Four of the six bathrooms/shower rooms are en
suite. Towels for use in the Manoir and beach towels are supplied.

The kitchen has been newly fitted this year and has all mod cons you
would expect. The Laundry is fitted with a washing machine and tumble
dryer. Kitchen linen and towels are provided

The dining room and lounge with open log fires, will fit all 12 persons in
comfortably. If there is a baby in the party a cot and high chair are
available.
Situated on the edge of quiet village, Pepieux. Pepieux has a bakery,
general store, cave co-operative for wine and bar/restaurant within easy
walking distance. To the rear of the property are spectacular views over
the vineyards towards the Montagne Noir in the distance. The Minervois
region is famous for its wine and the local Cave Co-operative supports this
reputation. Being centrally located in Aude, it is easily accessible with three
airports less than an hours drive away. With the azure blue
Mediterranean, miles of sandy beaches, the Canal du Midi and historical
city of Carcassonne within easy travelling distance, there is something for
everybody.
