Beschreibung

It's a genuine and charming street house in Cullera, a small town 40 km south of
Valencia. The house is located in a small alley (accessed by stairs) beneath the
city's historic castle and is close to both beach and shopping. The magnificent
sand beach is about a comfortable15 min walk away and it only takes a few
minutes to go to market halls, known as Mercado, in the old town center. The
large supermarket is about five minutes away.

The neighbors are mostly permanent spanish residents. The house has two bedrooms
with a total of 4 beds. It is fully equipped with all household necessities
including sheets and towels.
The house has three floors (ca 80 sqm).

The first floor contains a small kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom with
shower and washing machine.
On the second floor is the master bedroom, a small room with sofa and television
and a walk-through with an extra bed.
The third floor has one bedroom and a small seating area and two small roof
terraces, one with table and chairs and a barbeque? The other with an
opportunity to dry laundry. The view from the terraces overlooks the city
rooftops and the beautiful mountains.
