Beschreibung

Spend your holiday in a beautiful apartment with a spectacular sea view - watch
the sun set in the ocean from your balcony.

Fully equipped with A/C in all rooms, TV (w.satellite channels), DVD player,
toaster, kettle, stove, washing machine, ironing board etc etc.
There is a sofa bed that can host one adult or two persons up to 160 cm tall.

The Master bedroom has an ensuite, and there is another bathroom with a
bathtub/shower as well.
One large balcony and two small ones. There is also a roof terrace of approx. 60
sqm, which can be used for sunbathing, barbequeing etc.

The apartment is in a holiday area, with a well-equipped grocery store (+a few
small ones) and a handful of restaurants & cafés within walking distance.
Several beaches and beach clubs within a mile. A golf course with two par 70 and
par 71 courses is merely 5 minutes away (mind the heat in August though).
Bodrum is 30-40 min away by car, along a beautiful coastal road. There is a huge
water park a few km past Bodrum City Centre, which we recommend.
Locally, you can also find one or two excellent SPAs (hamams), with a large
assortment of beauty treatments - highly recommended!
Internet is available, both for free (wifi) in the cafés and restaurants, and
can also be rented on-site.

Wegbeschreibung

Take the D330 from the airport towards Bodrum. After 8-9 km take a right at the
big "Artev" sign, just before the big hill/incline. Follow that road for about
10 minutes to Flamingo Country Club. Several signs are visible along the way.
