The cottage has three bedrooms (capacity 8 people) with stunning view on
the river, two separate living rooms, a fully furnished kitchen, a terrasse and
a patio, a bathroom, with separated toilet. Private and secure access to the
river. Bicycles available.
The mill of Ramond is a 300 years old stone building. Situated on the Séoune
river, in Brassac (90 km from Toulouse, 60 km de Cahors, 20 km of Moissac) in
the Tarn-et-Garonne, it has been totally renovated in 2010.
The Midi-Pyrenees is mainly known for its wines and gastronomy: the local
specialities are foie gras, duck breast and cassoulet. Marked by the Catalan
culture, the region is also a place of history, in which many castles and
historic monuments can be visited. The city of Montauban and Moissac Abbey are
the most remarkable places in the vicinity of the mill. Biking, hiking,
horseback riding and fishing (for carp) are the most popular activities in the
Tarn-et-Garonne. You can go canoeing and kayaking on the river Tarn in Moissac.
Many tourist activities are also possible in the area. The Atlantic Ocean is two
hours away. The Mediterranean Sea is three hours away.
From Paris or Lyon, take the E09 and exit at Cahors. Follow Moncuq, Lauzerte and
Valence d´Agen. From Bordeaux, take the A62 and exit at Moissac and Valence d´Agen.
