Newly renovated cottage in
Danish design. White walls, dark
beams, high
ceilings and glass windows from
floor to ceiling gives an open
and fresh
impression. The house was built
in 1972, but I've owned it since
2010 and have painted
everything inside, replaced the
roof, fixed the kitchen and
build a new bathroom.
The house has an open-plan
kitchen, lounge and dining area
with full height up
to the ridge and is viewing over
the porch and the garden. There
is also a
fireplace. On the ground floor
there are two small bedrooms,
with 160 beds.
In the loft there are two beds
and the ability to be private
because of
curtains. The house has a large
newly built porch that invites
you to lazy
summer days and since there is
limited transparency so you can
be very private.
The garden is nearly 3000
square meters and allows play
for both adults and
children. There are two swings
for small children. In the garden
there is also
a small cottage that has a 160
cm bed.
The house is located in the area
Löknas near Sollenkroka on
Vindö/Djurö. You go
there municipal from Stockholm
or by car: You drive towards
Gustavsberg and
then towards Stavsnäs, drive
over Djurö Bridge and then
follow the road until
you can turn left towards Överby
(straight Sollenkroka) and then
right towards
Löknas.
