Beschreibung

Four holiday flats for over 20 people. Two flats have double glazing against
possible street noise and
are situated in a quiet side street off the centre of town, ideally placed for
shops and restaurants. The two beach flats are on the outskirts of town by
a beach and with a garden and swimming pool.

All the flats have comprehensive kitchen facilities including hotplates
(electrical and gas), microwave ovens, refridgerators and washing
machines. The cupboards hold a generous range of cutlery, croquery,
cooking vessles and accessories to enable guests to eat at home easily.

The livingrooms are fully furnished and have air-conditioning, ceiling fans,
radio and satellite TV.

The bathrooms, some of which are en suite with dedicated bedrooms
(beach flats) have showers, lavatories and washbasins. H and C.

All the flats have one or more balconies with good views and can sleep 2
(4), 4 (5) or 8 guests.

The prices quoted in this advert are for the largest flat. As to the other ones,
the low season weekly price is €210, and for the high season it is €360.

The calendar shows that there are times when one or more flats are occupied, but
among the four flats there will always be some free and available periods. Ask us!
