Directly over looking one of the infinity pools and the mountains in the distance, this apartment has
stunning uninterrupted views. The apartment has access by lift or stairs and has private under cover
parking which is lovely in the summer months when cars get hot. It is a safe, secure and quiet place.

Brand new modern furnishings throughout the apartment at hotel standard. The lounge has a
comfortable sofabed, 32' TV, DVD player and Internet. Dining area has an extending table and seating
for 4-6 people. Patio doors leading to the large private north-est facing terrace of 18 sqm, which is
furnished with table and comfortable chairs and 2 sun loungers, and built in BBQ.

One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, large fitted
wardrobes, bedside tables, A/C. Main bedroom has sliding patio doors leading to the terrace. Bathroom
is fully tiled with bath and shower, shower screen, shaver socket, plenty of lighting and cupboard space
for toiletries etc.

Destination Facts

Condado de Alhama is located close to some of the best beaches awarded with a blue flag on the
Mediterranean, and the highest mountains in the region of Murcia. The resort is about 25 minutes from
Murcia and will only be 25 minutes from the new international airport at Corvera ( due to open 2014). In
addition to this, there are new dual carriageways connecting the resort to the coast, Cartagena and
Murcia, making access quick and easy for visitors.

Why Visit Condado de Alhama

Within walking distance you will find the beautiful Al Kasar shopping complex, right now there is a
supermarket, bike rental, internet cafe', a pub, 1 ice cream parlor, 1 bakery and 4 restaurants. The
Condado Club in the Jardines has a gym, padle courts and a food outlet. Close to Al Kasar there are
other sport fascilities, such as a football field, tennis courts and the golf course. This is the only golf
course designed by Jack Nicklaus himself, and it is truly a great experience to play this course. Within
35-50 minutes driving by car, 5 other golf courses designed by the Jack Nicklaus Design Group are
available for play for Polaris World residents.

La Isla del Condado de Alhama is situated in the Region of Murcia. Condado de Alhama is in the south of
Alhama de Murcia between two Regional Parks: Sierra Espuna and Carrascoy el Valle. It is an enclave in
the south east of Spain, between Andalusia and the Autonomous Community of Valencia. Thanks to an
excellent road network you can reach the beaches of Aguilas, Almeria, Bolnuevo and Mazarron on the
Costa Calida within 15-30 minutes. Condado del Alhama is situated a short drive from these excellent
beaches and lively port at Mazarron, and is also within easy reach of the Mar Menor and nearby La
Manga golf resort. Other nearby places of interest include the two national parks Sierra Espuna and
Parque Regional de Carrascoy el Valle, and the historic town of Cartagena which dates back to Roman
times. The regions capital city, Murcia, and it's Cathedral is also well worth a visit. Excellent wineyards
are to be found in Bullas, Jumilla and Yecla.

DIRECTIONS FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT

Leave Alicante Airport for Murcia, Granada, Almeria on A7. Stay on this motorway until you reach Murcia
City.

As you drive through Murcia with the city on your left hand side, you will pass 1 shopping centre, on the
right, Nuevo Condomina and the football stadium. Shortly after the yellow Arabic sign follow signs for
Granada/Almeria turn right onto the A7 at exit 138. Follow this motorway for approx 30Km.

When you have reached Alhama de Murcia, you will pass a factory called El Pozo on the right hand side,
shortly afterwards you will see signs for Bahia Mazarron, Cartagena and Fuente Alamo ( RM2) leave the
motorway at exit 627b and follow the motorway for approx 2 km. Turn right at exit 4 signed RM-23
Mazarron, take first exit off roundabout towards Mazarron. Carry on for approx 3km and take exit 5
signed Condado de Alhama.

At roundabout take 3rd exit up the tree-lined road where you will reach the main Condado de Alhama
Monument. Go straight across the roundabout and carry on until you reach a roundabout with brown
apartment blocks with a security gate to your left. Enter security gate and call our key holder.

DIRECTIONS FROM MURCIA (SAN JAVIER) AIRPORT

Leave airport and follow signs for AP7 Cartagena. Join AP7 at slip road signposted for AP7 Cartagena
and travel on AP7 for a short distance (to exit number 790). Leave AP7 at Exit 790 signposted for Torre
Pacheco. Keep following signs for Torre Pacheco.

Shortly after the PW Garden Centre, you will come to a roundabout – go straight on (F30 Torre Pacheco).
You will immediately see Phase 2 of the Mar Menor Golf Resort on the right and a red hotel with white
dots on (Barcelo Torre Pacheco) on the left. At the next roundabout, take the F14 turning, sign-posted
for Murcia/Cartagena.

Continue on the F14 and at next roundabout take the second right turn. (Note – the first sign on
approach to the roundabout says A30 Murcia/Cartagena but the sign at the turn-off just says El
Jimenado. Follow the main F14 road through the village of El Jimenado.

Shortly after you leave the village, you will see a tractor garage on the left and a tall white building on
the right. Shortly after the chicken factory, you will reach a major roundabout. Take the second exit,
signposted RM2/A7 Alhama de Murcia and Andalucia.

Travel on the RM2 for approximately 30 km. Look out for sign for RM23 Mazarron/MU603 El Palmar –
take this exit. Go right round the roundabout to the last exit (3rd exit) which is signposted RM23
Mazarron. Turn right right at exit number 5 signposted for Condado de Alhama. Go right round the
roundabout, take fourth exit up the palm tree lined boulevard into Condado de Alhama.

Go straight across the roundabout and carry on until you reach a roundabout with brown apartments
blocks and a security gate to your left. Enter security gate and call our key holder.
