quiet surroundings and is suitable for children. Detached holiday house for

people, 5 meters from the sea with heated private outdoor pool.

Indoor area 140m², lot size 600 m². 8 people are sleeping in 4 bedrooms. Outside
swimming
pool is 8x4m (depth 1 to 1,5 meters). The pool is for sole use of the
guests.
Property has a big terrace 25m² and pool terrace 60m² with beautiful sea
view.
The house is located in Kanica which is situated 12 km east from Rogoznica,

km east from Primošten, 50 km east from the town of Šibenik, 24 km west from
Trogir, 25 km west from the Split Airport, and 50 km west from the town of
Split. Nearest airport is Airport Split 25 km. Every bedroom and living room
has a separate air conditioning device. You will be alone in the house, the
owners live in another house in Solin (Split) 50 km away. Notice: quest
turnovers are only on Saturdays. Minimal booking is 7 days.
