This historical masia (Catalan country house) sleeps up to 21 people in 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms (7
bathrooms are ensuite). It is ideal for family holidays or for large groups and special occasions. It has a
private pool which is heated for an extended swimming season. There are various spacious sitting
rooms and dining rooms, a games room with table tennis and pool table. and plenty of space for
everyone to be together but also retain their privacy.
The large terrace is wonderful for outdoor dining and has fantastic views of the Garraf Natural park
opposite and the sea of Sitges. The built in BBQ area is great for making delicious meals and socialising
at the same time. There are 2 car parks and lots of space outside for ball games and relaxing.
The location is perfect for peaceful country living surrounded by trees and the park for walking, cycling
or exploring. Yet at the same time is only 5 minutes drive from the picturesque, historic and lively town
of Sitges, which has extensive beaches, great boutiques, restaurants, bars and clubs. It was once a
fishing village that attracted artists and poets from all over Spain and France to stay there.
Barcelona is only 35 minutes drive on a straight motorway to the centre of town. Or you can get there by
the efficient train service from Sitges which takes 30 minutes. The airport is also only 35 minutes drive
away. There are many Catalan towns, monasteries and villages to explore and Sant Sadurni is the
famous cava region of Spain and is only 20 minutes drive away.
The villa was once a wine producing masia and has been renovated taking great care to retain the period
features and the large rooms with beams and tiled floors. It is a very special place that is perfect for
hosting large groups and special occasions.
