This 3 bedroom corner apartment with a huge L-shaped wrap around terrace, is fully equipped with
brand new modern appliances and is in excellent condition. The apartment sleeps 5 guests comfortably.

The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances: oven, hob,
fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, TASSIMO coffee maker, toaster and
iron. The apartment is fully equipped with cookware, china dinnerware and cutlery, glassware and
cooking utensils. The indoor dining area seats six comfortably. The living area has a leather sofa, a 42"
flat screen smart TV, DVD-player, WIFI and a A/C unit.

In one bedroom with a sliding door to the terrace there is a double bed. In the second bedroom there
are 2 single beds that can be zipped together into one double bed if needed. In the third bedroom there
is single bed. All three bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, lamps and A/C units.
Bed linen and towels are provided for.

The apartment has a modern tiled bathroom with a bath with overhead shower, shower screen, towel
rail, mirror and cabinet over as well as under the basin.

On the terrace overlooking the Sierra Espuna an Carrascoy mountains, there are outdoor furniture, 2
sunbeds and 2 light weight sun loungers for the beach/pool. The outdoor dining area seats six.
The property is on the 2nd floor and the terrace is completely open, fitted with retractable awnings to
provide with shade if needed. The long range view from the terrace is magnificent as it looks out over
the lake, across the rural land below out to the Mountains rising up serenely in the distance. Perfect for
year round living or relaxed family holidays.

Road Description

DIRECTIONS FROM ALICANTE AIRPORT

Leave Alicante Airport for Murcia, Granada, Almeria on A7. Stay on this motorway until you reach Murcia
City.

As you drive through Murcia with the city on your left hand side, you will pass a shopping centre, on the
right, Nuevo Condomina and a football stadium. Shortly after the big yellow Arabic sign follow signs for
Granada/Almeria and turn right onto the A7 at exit 138. Follow this motorway for approx 30 km.

When you have reached Alhama de Murcia, you will pass a factory called El Pozo on the right hand side,
shortly afterwards you will see signs for Bahia Mazarron, Cartagena and Fuente Alamo (RM2) leave the
motorway at exit 601b and follow the motorway for approx 2 km. Turn right at exit 4 signed RM-23
Mazarron, take first exit off roundabout towards Mazarron. Carry on for approx 3 km and take exit 5
signed Condado de Alhama.

At roundabout take the exit up the tree-lined road where you will reach the main Condado de Alhama
Monument. Go straight across the roundabout and carry on until you reach a roundabout with brown
apartment blocks with a security gate to your left. Enter security gate and call our key holder. If you are
staying in our golf suite, turn right to the security gate at Condado and call our key holder.

DIRECTIONS FROM MURCIA (SAN JAVIER) AIRPORT

Leave airport and follow signs for AP7 Cartagena. Join AP7 at slip road signposted for AP7 Cartagena
and travel on AP7 for a short distance (to exit number 790). Leave AP7 at exit 790 signposted for Torre
Pacheco. Keep following signs for Torre Pacheco.

Shortly after the PW Garden Centre, you will come to a roundabout – go straight on (F30 Torre Pacheco).
You will immediately see Phase 2 of the Mar Menor Golf Resort on the right and a red hotel with white
dots on (Barcelo Torre Pacheco) on the left. At the next roundabout, take the F14 turning, sign posted
for Murcia/Cartagena.

Continue on the F14 and at next roundabout take the second right turn. (Note – the first sign on
approach to the roundabout says A30 Murcia/Cartagena but the sign at the turn-off just says El
Jimenado. Follow the main F14 road through the village of El Jimenado.

Shortly after you leave the village, you will see a tractor garage on the left and a tall white building on
the right. Shortly after the chicken factory, you will reach a major roundabout. Take the second exit,
sign posted RM2/A7 Alhama de Murcia and Andalucia.

Travel on the RM2 for approximately 30 km. Look out for sign for RM23 Mazarron/El Palmar – take this
exit. Go right round the roundabout to the last exit (3rd exit) which is sign posted RM23 Mazarron. Turn
right right at exit number 5 sign posted for Condado de Alhama. Go right round the roundabout, take
3rd exit up the palm tree lined boulevard into Condado de Alhama.

Go straight across the roundabout and carry on until you reach a roundabout with brown apartments
blocks and a security gate to your left. Enter security gate and call our key holder.
