Description

The house is one and a half plane. Built approximately 90 sqm. The ground floor
has a bathroom with shower and WC, large kitchen and living room with fireplace.
Upstairs has a large master bedroom with double bed and a single bed and a
small bedroom with two beds. The deck is south facing with views of the lake.
The plot is barbecue area with outdoor furniture. The house is situated on a
4,000 sqm beachfront property with private dock. Rowboat, canoe, or small motor
boat can be rented on site. Fishing licenses are required, cost 150 SEK / week,
children under 16 free.
Deion of environment:
The neighborhood has a great mix of forests, lakes and farmland. The lake
Västra Silen is part of Dalsland Canal extending between Vänern and up to the
Norwegian border.
The house is in Vårviks Township, near the border of Värmland. It is about 25
km to the nearest urban centers Bengtsfors and Årjäng. Golf is 15 km away from
the house, a beautiful 18 hole course, Årjängs GK. Arjang also has racetrack
with competitions throughout the summer

Road Description

From Gothenburg.
Follow the E6 north about 80 km to UDDEVALLA. Turn on road 172 against
BENGTSFORS. Skip to Bengtsfors about 70 km.Follow road 172 towards ÅRJÄNG.
After 13 km turn right at the sign Sillerud 26. At SKIFORS keep left. After 8
km, you will pass Vårviks BYGDEGÅRD. After approximately 3km turn left at the
sign NÄS 1. follow the road for about 1.5 km to the first white cottage on the
left side. Turn left at the white cottage and you will see the house straight
ahead (red cabin with balcony).
