Description

In one of the most beautiful and unspoilt regions of Italy, this recently
renovated villa immersed in gentle hills, offers a peaceful and relaxing
holiday in the countryside, a stone’s throw from sandy Adriatic beaches.
With ample parking, the villa sleeps 8 and has WIFI, four bedrooms, three
bathrooms and a playroom dedicated to little ones with a selection of toys,
books and games. A couple of cots are available at no extra cost and can be
placed in any of our bedrooms for babies.
The ground floor is mainly open plan with a comfortable sitting area with
satellite TV at one end and a fully equipped Kitchen with four cooker hob,
oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, generous selection of crockery &
utensils, kettle and toaster at the other. We have an extra long table with
seating for ten in the dining area and provide a couple of high chairs if
needed as well as crockery suitable for little ones. Downstairs we also have a
bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine, nappy changing
table and laundry sink.
Upstairs, there are three double rooms and a twin bedroom, all with great views
as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Outside, in the shade, we have a barbecue and table seating ten. A selection of
sun loungers is also available.
