Description

House and guest cottage on large plot (1550 sq m), 150 meters
from the sea and sandy beach. Sea views.
The cottage has a large room with sitting area, TV, dining area and
fireplace with built-in stove and kitchen. Two small
bedrooms (120 cm and 120 cm bed) and tiled bathroom with
shower.
The guest cottage contains a larger room with double bed (140
cm)and and a smaller room with one bed (120) and a small
kitchenette.
Scenic surroundings close to Båstad and Ängelholm. Nature
reserve. Hiking and cycling trail (Skåneleden and Kattegattleden).
Proximity to many golf courses. The nearest shop and summer
restaurants in Vejbystrand (walking and cycling
distance)

Road Description

Leave the highway at Ängelholm (Rebbelberga). Go towards
Skälderviken. In Barkåkra. take left towards
Vejbystrand. In Vejbystrand: take the first to the right (direction
Förslöv) and after 500 metres to the left
(Stora Hults Strand). Go straight ahead almost to the sea and turn
right at Fäladsvägen. After about 500 m
turn left on Poppelstigen. The house is the first one (yellow) to the
