Welcome to a lovely house on the borders of Österlen. Within an hour you can
visit most of Skane, including Simrishamn, Ystad, Malmö and Lund. The
Piraten museum is on the doorstep about 1km away. Approximately 20 min drive
away you can find Stenshuvud, Christinehofs slott and Kivik's musteri. You
will also find beaches in Kivik, Haväng and Ystad.

There is also a lido open in the summer about 2km from the house and you
will find shops, a pizza restaurant and a lovely coffeeshop/ bakery around
1.5 km away.

The house suits a family, the bedrooms have a double bed and a bunk bed with
a pull out bed underneath sleeping 5 comfortably. There is also a sofa bed
in the living room sleeping 2.

The kitchen is large and is equipped with cooker, oven and fridge-freezer.
The dining room is also large and will comfortably seat 8-10 people as a
standard. The bathroom is fairly newly done and is fully tiled with a shower
and toilet, there is also a separate toilet next to the bedrooms which is
yet to be done up.
