bedroom and three bathroom house is perfect for a family vacation. The house
will comfortably accommodate two families.

The best part about this recently renovated house is the backyard. You will feel
like you are entering a different world when you open the doors to the patio.
This tropical outdoor area offers a quiet and private place made for family get
together. You can just relax in the shade of the palm trees or enjoy the pool,
which is heated during winter months. There is a new, large 4-burner grill ready
for your use.

The kitchen is brand new with everything you need for preparing your family
dinner. There are three bathrooms with bathtub and shower. The home is also
equipped with wireless internet and a large 50" LED TV in the living area and a
40" LED in the master bedroom and a 39" LED in the guest room. Both the formal
dining area and outdoor dining provide seating for 6 people.

There are three bedrooms plus a pool room, which makes this the ideal house for
two families. In the first and in the second master bedroom there is a king
sized bed, in the 3rd bedroom there is a queen size bed, and in the pool room,
there is a sofa bed that converts into a queen size bed.

Towels and bed linen are available, also washer and dryer are available.
