Description

Cottage next to gulf, near pool and sauna. Bathing from rocks at Årsviken,
Baltic See. Guest house with kitchenette and living room with dining and
sitting area, toilet and shower. Steep stairs up to the loft where there are
two single beds and a 120 cm bed. Sloping and quite low ceiling in the loft.
Possibility to rent bed linen/towels and order final cleaning, access to
washing machine. Porch overlooking the water in three directions, garden
furniture and barbecue. The cottage is on the same site as the landlords
home, with its own part of the hilly seaside lot. Bath from the rocks or by
ladder on the bridge. Bicycles and life jackets can be borrowed, boat with 2
hp motor for rent, in agreement with the landlord.

Within the area Snäckevarp there is an arranged sea bathing place and a
common lesiure establishment, open during summer, with swimming pool, sauna,
football ground and tennis court. Possibility to buy admission fee to the
facility.

Standard: h + c water, two hotplates, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, WC,
shower, washing machine, tv, boat with motor to rent.
