Description

Dubrovnik. We do not need any special introduction to present this pearl
of the Adriatic, which contains another jewel – villa Gordana.
It is situated above the beach of St. James, in the historic city center
near the most luxurious hotels. Behind it is a park which is 15 minutes
away by walk from the famous Old city walls. Pebble beach is only 50
meters away so we have no doubt that you will spend most of your time
at the sea.

The house is ideal because of elevated location and it has a beautiful
view of the sea and island Lokrum. The garden and its own terrace are
surrounded by pine trees and cypresses so you have a feeling like you
are part of untouched nature.

Of course, the house hides its own peculiarities: traditional stone house
with green windows is dominated by wooden furniture and ceiling made
of the same material. The ground floor consists of living room, dining
area, full kitchen and half bathroom with washing machine. The first
floor has 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with bath tub. On the second
floor there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Two of the four
bedrooms have queen size bed and the other two have 140 cm wide
double bed.

Rooms are decorated with a minimalist, colored white and pink, and to
this romantic atmosphere small pots of flowers are joined.

Vicinity of the beach and town center where you can visit many
Renaissance and Baroque sacred and profane buildings will delight you,
and you have a garage to park a car.
