Description

A Cottage situated at the pier of Sunnanå marina just
outside Mellerud. This is the ideal location to start
discovering the archipelago of Sweden's largest lake and
the grand nature of Dalsland, still being in the middle of
popular tourist attractions and activities. The perfect
housing for the summer vacation with golf, fishing and
boat tours. The cottages has a loft with 2 beds and 2
mattresses.. It is comfortable for couples or smaller
families. There is a deck is in front of the cottage with
view of the marina. Behind the cottage you find a
second deck with evening sun. Fit for winter habitations
which for those who visit for salmon- and off season.

Surroundings

Golf course: Melleruds Golf Club, 18 holes + 9 hole pay
& play. Good course and seldom problems to find an
empty slot.

Sun Bathing: Sun bathing right off the pier from the
cottage alternatively the shallow sandy beach at Vita
Sannar (3 km). Rådahallen i Mellerud (swimming hall)
allows year round swimming.

Trawl fishing: The best trawl fishing lake in Sweden.
Book fishing tours with Fiskeland Dalsland or Dalslands

lake in Sweden and a fishing permit is not needed!

Guest Harbour: Sunnanå harbour is a popular blue
flagged guest harbour that is maintained and patrolled
by Melleruds båtklubb.

Hiking: Pilgrimsleden - From Holms church outside
Mellerud to Edsleskogs church in Åmåls municipality.
Karl XII:s led - From Dals Rostock over Kroppefjäll
(fjeld) to Järbo.

Attractions to visit: Dalslands kanal/Håverud-Upperud
with possibility to rent boats, canoes, kayaks or book
boat charter tours.

Road Description

Följ E45 ca 2 km norr om Mellerud, följ skyltar Sunnanå
hamn.
(Avstånd: Oslo 24 mil, Halden 10 mil, Göteborg 13 mil,
Karlstad 13 mil).
