Description

Just 500m from the beach is this lovely house on a large beautiful and secluded
natural plot with its own forest. The house is built in the charming and classic
Nordic cottage style with large and bright rooms, wonderful materials and clean
architectural lines. The house is black and white. It is opened up to the chicken
in all rooms so you have high ceilings and a nice airy feel when you walk
indoors.

The house is totally new, restored with respect for the old and cozy style. A
new delicious kitchen with dishwasher and new fridge / freezer and induction
hob. The kitchen serves as a natural part of the large living room in the house,
so the family can be together and enjoy themselves while cooking.

There is a large beautiful newly built wooden terrace of 125m2 around the
house, where you can enjoy the sun from it until it goes down.

The interior of the main house is good and spacious with large kitchen / family
room, 3 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, as well as a newly renovated annex.

Annex: The annexe is fully renovated and newly insulated in 2017 and
furnished with a delicious little kitchenette so you can make a cup of tea and
coffee, brush your teeth etc. There is also a nice new outdoor pool at the
annexe. So you can also swim. The annex contains a double bed and a double
sofa bed, coffee table and two lovely instructor chairs.

The main house contains an elegant bathroom with underfloor heating and a
new large luxury shower with large showerhead. If you want to swim outside,
then you can enjoy the large delicious outdoor bath that sits on the north side
of the house. The outdoor bath is located private and secluded and has both
hot and cold water. 'Even in the evening, where you can enjoy the clear starry
sky while you have a hot bath. It can really be recommended.

The house contains a living room, dining area for 12, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with
brand new double beds. There have been purchased 12 new quilts, 12 new
pillows that are ready in the house. There are also Bed Linen & Towels, etc.

The house must be left in a clean condition. This is done by the tenant before
departure. The tenant can also purchase cleaning of the entire house, however,
the refrigerator and oven must be cleaned by the tenant. It is not included in
the cleaning process. It costs 1000 kroner in excess. If you want the cleaning,
please report it at the time of booking or afterwards. Then we apply for the
agreed amount via Airbnb.

We calculate the electricity consumption in the house. 2.50 Dkr per KwH. When
the tenant arrives at the house, they take a picture of the electricity meter and
send to the landlord via airbnb, and they do the same on departure. Then, the
tenant requests the amount of usage via Airbnb when the stay is completed.
Water is free.

Everything in the house is available. We have a small closet locked for private
things. Otherwise, everything is open.

We live in Frederiksberg and can help with practical things and information if
necessary.

In the high season, you can only rent the house from Saturday to Saturday.
High season is the period d. 23.06.2018 - 08.09.2018
