Villa Sunny is a beautiful holiday home with pool, directly on the sea in Selca. A few steps lead down to
the water. The location on the seafront, in a small bay in front of Selca makes it a perfect place for a
relaxing holiday.
The house is built of original stone of Brac and offers holiday comfort for up to 16 people.

apartments for 2 or 4 persons available. In total there are 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with shower and
toilet. Each apartment is also equipped with a kitchen with dining place and have exit to private terraces
overlooking the sea.

All areas are air-conditioned, satellite TV and Wifi are available, as well as bed linen and towels.

The large terrace with pool, sun loungers and parasols offers bathing fun for everyone, the bricked open
barbecue invites to barbecue evenings. On the separate lower terrace facing the sea is a large shady
seating area available, several pine trees donate here thick shade. In a few meters you are right on the
sea, where a beautiful private beach with shower and space for sun loungers and umbrellas are waiting
for you, a boat dock is also available.
Bed linen and towels are included, there are no additional costs for my guests.

Private parking is available directly at the house for guests.

A deposit of Euro 500, - will be required on arrival, which will be refunded on departure if the house has
not been damaged.

Road Description

First row by the sea, directly on sea, in a small bay. Guests can also take a boat directly in front of the
house.
Arrival from Split or Makarska, by car ferry.
There is crossing to Brac Island several times a day.
