Description

Accommodation with pool 6 + 7 beds in Svängsta, Mörrum,
Karlshamn, Blekinge, Southern Sweden for rent
Through Svängsta, Mörrumsån flows and it is only 8 km to Mörrum
from the cottage. Mörrum's Kronolaxfiske is one of the finest fishing
waters in Northern Europe.
Driving to Karlshamn takes about 15 minutes, Mörrum about 10
minutes, Kalmar / Öland takes about 1.15 hours, Malmö about 1.45
hours and Copenhagen about 2 hours. 3 kilometers from the house
lies Svängsta where there is a COOP shop and gasolinemack.
The parking lot is spacious with space for 2-3 cars and possibly a
horse trailer / trailer.
House 1 - 6 beds
In the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a
bedroom with a double bed, a wc / shower, washingmachine, a large living room with sofa and armchairs, 32 'TV with Astra satellite (German channels) and DVD and surround system and a food group with six chairs . A patio door leads onto the south-facing patio.

On the patio there are both outdoor furniture for six persons as well
as barbecue and awning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils and
wood burning stove (you can buy for 50 SEK / bag).
Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds as well as a family
room with TV with Astra satellite (German channels) as well as a
VHS and movies. There is also an extra bed (not included in the
number of beds and must be booked extra if used).
House 2 - 7 beds
In the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, WC /
shower / washer / dryer, family room with wood burning
stove and chairs, gazebo with armchairs and dining table for five people. A patio door leads onto the south facing patio.

On the patio there are both outdoor furniture for six persons as well
as barbecue and parasol. There is also the communal pool and sauna.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave,
dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a
grandlit (120 cm), a single room and a living room with two sofas, 32 'TV with Viasat satellite dish and a DVD and movies. There is also an extra bed (not counted in number beds and must be booked extra if used).
Blankets and pillows as well as towels and towels / bath towels
(separate bath to outdoor swimming pool) are included in the price
as well as cleaning. Electricity is added with 2 kr / kWh.

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are allowed, however, not in
beds / sofas.

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival unless otherwise agreed is
noon at noon. 16 and departure must take place before 10th

A deposit of SEK 3000 is paid in conjunction with booking which
is refunded after we have checked that everything is in order. Ev.
Lost key is replaced by SEK 3000.

Road Description

From E22, turn off at exit 49 towards Mörrum / Svängsta, drive
through Mörrum and on to Svängsta. Drive over Mörrumsån and turn
right after the river. Select the first road on the right with the sign
Ebbarp. Drive about 2 km and turn the road to the left with the sign
Stinestugan. Continue 380 meters and turn right after the garage.
