The villa is situated in the quiet residential area of 'Dream Hills', Los Altos and is within easy reach to
many sandy beaches and coves, and is also in close proximity to a choice of bars, restaurants, shops and
top class golf courses.
The villa offers a private pool and 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin), 1 family bathroom, 1 shower room,
spacious living and dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, all the main rooms and
bedrooms have air conditioning or heating available. There is a large private solarium with a lovely
lounge set and also a terrace off the master bedroom. There is a family dining room table inside and out
so if you fancy al fresco dining then you have the option.
We have 2 bicycles you can use

Road Description

from Alicante de N-332 direction Cartagena / Torrevieja( from airport Alicante ca. 36 km to
Torrevieja ).
Follow N-332 until after Torrevieja.
After the saltlakes folow exit Hospital de Torrevieja / San Miguel de Salinas. at the roundabout go
direction Hospital on the CV95 Folow until 4th roundabout take 3rd exit direction urbanisciones.

After 200 m to the right. after 500 m de folow the road, curve to the left . After 400 m ( oposite VIA
Park V ) is the villa nr 145.
