Description

A charming summer house located in the quiet
and pleasant leisure area Edesnäs on Utö. Here it
is within walking distance to lovely rocky baths in
the sunset, lovely family bath with sandy beach
and shallow water as well as soccer field and
popular restaurant.

Utö is one of Stockholm's most beautiful islands
with fantastic nature. In Gruvbyn there is a
wonderful selection of restaurants, small shops,
bakery and excursion destinations. There you can
also rent bicycles, mopeds and kayaks.

This charming cottage has six beds and a well-
planned living area surrounded by beautiful
nature. The lovely and spacious roofed patio has a
lounge area for relaxation and a dining group for
cozy dinners.

The cottage is about 60 sqm plus terrace and
consists of three bedrooms each with 2 beds (two
double beds and one room with bunk bed).

There is a TV / family room at an angle with the
kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,
freezer, microwave and stove with oven.
The toilet is equipped with WC (flush toilet) and
shower. Barbecue is also available.

At the front of the house is a small porch, perfect
if you want to have a cup of coffee in the morning
sun for yourself.

The plot, a forest plot of about 4,500 sqm,
accommodates a lawn where there is room to play
badminton, cubes, boules or for example croquet.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Road Description

To Utö you can take the Waxholms boats that go
partly from Stockholm C and from Årsta havsbad. To
Årsta Havsbad also bus from Västerhaninge C /
Pendeltågstation. At the pier there is also parking if
you get there by car.
