Description

Nice cottagewith 6 bed and sea view and close to several baths, both
mountain and sandy beach on Ammenäs at Byfjord outside
Uddevalla

The chalet is 70 m² and has: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (one
double and two single beds) and bed sofa with 2 bed

A family room with dining table, TV, bed sofa and fireplace.

Fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, microwave, fridge /
freezer and dishwasher.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink.

In the hall there is the possibility of, among other things, hanging
outerwear putting shoes etc.

There is AC in the cottage.

Outside there is a large altan covered with roof 40m² equipped
with sofa group and table with chairs and two positional armchairs
with thick cushions.

Below is a patio with wicker furniture, table with chairs, parasol
and barbecue.

It is only 5-15 min walk to several salty baths with both shallow
sandy beaches, cliffs and jetties.

Good mackerel / sea trout fishing in walking distance and nice
roaming areas.

Ca. 80 km to Gothenburg, 30 min to Trollhättan with Götakanal
locks and max 1.5 hour journey by car to Lysekil, Smögen,
Fjällbacka, Grebbestad and more.

From Ammenäs pier, which is at 15 minutes walking distance, daily
archipelago boats enter Uddevalla City.

Blankets and pillows are provided, but sheets and towels etc. can
be brought along, possibly. sheets and towels can be provided for a
fee.
Possible access to washing machine can be found in the owner's
home.

Cleaning before check-out is the responsibility of the guest.

NOT dogs (Cats ok),
