The cottage is suitable for 2-6 people. 4 km from Hotell Järvsöbaden and 5 km to the six-seater

in Järvsöbacken (20 slopes and 8 ski lifts). 12 km to Harsa (one of Sweden's best areas for cross-

country skiing) with 85 km of classic tracks.

Nice view (inlcluding Järvsö ski slopes and the mountain Järvsöklacken). The cottage is completely

renovated (2020/2021) and located in scenic Tå/Nybo, plot size 2300 sqm. Nice walk to large
sandy

beach in Ljusnan (large Mines beach about 20 min walk from the cottage). Fully equipped modern

kitchen with dishwasher, oven/grill, ceramic hob and microwave. Countertops in solid oak.

Bedroom with double bed (200x160 cm). Four built in bunk beds in living room. All beds of good

quality (pocket spring + bed mattresses, all purchased in 2021/2022).

Living room with fireplace, TV and a group that seats 6 people.

The bathroom has water toilet, shower, sink, towel heater and washer.

Large hall with plenty of space for outerwear. Solid pine floors in all rooms except the bathroom

which has a plastic carpet.

towels. The cottage must be left in the same clean condition on arrival, ie final cleaning is
performed

by the tenant before the cottage is left (all cleaning equipment is provided in the cottage).

Road Description

GETTING TO THE COTTAGE: The cottage is located 3 hours drive from Stockholm Arlanda

International Airport. Car is recommended (parking next to cottage), but there are also good

alternatives in public transport: Both the trains from SJ (direct traffic from Stockholm Central
Station)

and Xtrafik stop at Järvsö railway station. Then take bus 51 or 57 (Xtrafik, travel time 5 min) to bus

stop "Nybo" which is about 300 meters from the cottage.
