Description

We rent out our holiday home in idyllic Grundvik on
southern Ljusterö when we do not use it ourselves.
4 bedrooms/6 beds + guest cabins.

Close to several nice swimming places (sand beach or
round rocks), a two-minute walk to a rocks with
trampoline in Skutviken, a five-minute walk to a sand
beach with jetty, swimming school and ice cream kiosk (in
July).

Close to nice forest walks with mushrooms and berries.

The house has recently been extended and has six beds in
four bedrooms, one of which is larger with a double bed
and exit to the terrace. One bedroom with a bunk bed,
one bedroom with a 120 cm bed and one bedroom with a
90 cm bed. Two guest cottages with 2 + 3.5 beds.

New bathroom with flush toilet and washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Trampoline and swings on the grounds. Football field close
by.

About one hour by car from Stockholm. Waxholmsbåt
departs from Stockholm to Grundvik's jetty, a five
minutes' walk from the house.

Guests bring their own sheets and towels. Can also be
rented for SEK 250 per person.

Guests clean themselves upon departure. Cleaning can be
purchased for SEK 2,500.

Cleaning equipment and detergents are available.

Road to the house (car ferry Östanå-Ljusterö).

Waxholm boat from Stockholm to Grundvik pier, a 5 min
walk from the house.
