Urshult Småland South Sweden

Cottage 110 m² with 4 rooms and a kitchen 6 beds.
Possibility for two extra beds ( 800 SEK/each per week)
Annex 1 27 m² with 2 beds.
Annex 2 45 m² with 2 beds.

The main building Carlslund have 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bed, Bedroom 2:
double bed, Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, there are two extra beds maximum of 8 beds.
Living room with a beautiful fireplace, flat screen TV and DVD. Large kitchen
with all equipment large dining table with seating for 10 people. 2 new annexes
with two beds each and a small kitchen and bathrooms with showers in both.
Overall, we can accept 12 persons.

Cottage in a quite and secluded area close to the Ara lake and with a fantastic
view over the lake. It is 30 meters to the lake, and a jetty 40 sq meters with
garden furniture, grill e.t.c. 40 meters big terasse outside the door. There
are Deer, Elk and other wild life in the forrest. Berrys and wild mushrooms in
season. You can rent boats, motors and bicycles from us. The cottage is
situated 6 km south of Urshult. For rent all year round, arrival Saturdays.
Under low season is short time renting possible.

Kitchen with electric stove, fridge, freezer, microwaveoven, dishwasher and
kitchen equipment.
Bathroom with shower and toilet. Hot and cold water.
The livingroom has a large open fire place, and bedsetee for two, and TV, DVD,
Radio and satellite dish.
A half flight upstairs: Bedroom with double bed.
A half flight downstairs: Bedroom with double bed.
One bedroom with 2 beds.
Possibility to use washing mashine.
Sauna in the lake.
40 square meters jetty, with a bathing ladder.(See picture)
Big terasse outside the door.
Annex 1 included in high season.
Annex 2 can be rented extra.

Garden furniture, and grill.
Fishing permit can be purchased.

Salmon aquarium 45 km. Golf 45 km.
Places to visit: Kurrebo / Lunnabacken - Experimental garden / Homstead
cottages / Activities, fantastic view, - cafe. Nature sanctuary / Korrö
craftsmans village. Huseby. Glass country 50 km.
