This charming and romantic split-level apartment is located in a pedestrian
street, just behind the Uffizi Gallery, a mere 30 meters from Piazza della
Signoria less 2 min walk ! and Ponte Vecchio .On the second floor of a
period building entirely restored with ELEVATOR , the apartment is
graciously furnished and tastefully decorated in typical Florentine style,
with wooden beam ceiling and “cotto” flooring. It is 60 mqs arranged over
two floors and comprises, on lower level : hall with small storage room,
separate Fully equipped kitchen 2 ring stove , one small table for
breakfast ,dishes, pots, pans and kitchen utensils, fridge (small freezer
draw as part of the fridge). Plastic bags for garbage, soap, sponges
provided. Living room with sofa-bed (large single bed) and dining table
with seating for up to 6 people. Inner stairs lead to the upper level where
is a cosy bedroom with double bed (divisible into two single beds if
required) and one single sofa-bed, a built-in closet, a modern bathroom
with bath-tub and wall-mounted shower. washbasin, bidet, WC and
washing machine (no dryer). All rooms have windows overlooking the quiet
inner courtyard (with no cars parked).
Toilet paper, bath foam, soap, laundry soap, hair-dryer and towels

the medieval and older tower of "Pulci" still visible to the street. The
