Description

A beautiful villa in Benidoleig, close to Denia and Javea Beach. The house
has a 10m x 4m heated pool, heated Jacuzzi (takes up to 8 people) in top
garden with Bali pagod chill-out area, 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large
kitchen/dining room and
spacious living room. It is surrounded by a lovely established garden, huge
terrace and an area of grass and an olive tree where you can get shadow
during the hottest days. A further roof terrace has got a pooltable. There are
lots of board games, pool toys, books, DVD's m m at the villa. Also a table
tennis table. The property sleeps 14 maximum.

The area “Aldea de las Cuevas”, where the house is situated, is an
established urbanisation of about 150 villas. It is a very calm area with
beautiful surroundings of high mountains and unspoiled nature. There is a
bar/restaurant and tennis club for use by guests and residents of the
urbanisation within a 2 minute walk of the house. The beach is only 15-20
mins drive away and there are spectacular views down the valley to the
Mediterranean.

Road Description

From Alicante or Valencia airport take the motorway A7 with car for 1 h 15
min to reach the villa. We recommend that you hire a car.
