Description

A very nice house 10m from the sea - a pearl of a place. The terrace
towards east with morning sun. The terrace towards west with evening
sun and nice sunsets. All inside walls and ceilings are made in wood.
Floorheat in bathroom and hall. New in 1997.

LOCATION:
Central location at Karmøy, between Haugesund and Norway's summer
town Skudeneshavn. Short distances to shopping centre (AMFI Åkrehamn 1
km), central Åkrehamn (1-2 km), the harbor (1-2 km) and Åkrasanden
beach (2-3 km).

CONTENTS:
Ground floor: Spacious hall with wardrobe, 2 bedroms, bathroom with
wc/shower and cleaning room w/cabinet.
Upper floor: Living room, open kitchen solution and 2 bedrooms. In total 8
beds, including two for children. Fully furnished and equipped
w/kitchenware. This includes cooking stove, refrigerator, freezer,
microwave oven, coffeemaker, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuumer,
TV, satellite TV (German channels) and stereo player. Bed linen, towels and
consumables are not included. Good terraces, both towards east and
west.

Quay area (180 sqm.) was new in 2005 and 2007, and outdoor area was
upgraded in 2006 with stonewalls. Access to the sea at both ends of the
quay. Outdoor cleaning place for fish next to the sea house.

PRICES 2008:
For rent on weekly basis or other short time rental agreements. Price for
one week during the Summer is NOK 6500, the rest of the year NOK 4200-
5200/week, for up to 6 adults plus 2 children, in total 8 persons. Preferred
time of start and end of weekly rental is Saturdays at 14:00 hrs. Lodger
cleans the house at departure.

Road Description

TRAVEL:
From Skudeneshavn/south: Drive RV47 through Åkrehamn centre to sign
Sævelandsvik where you turn left into Tjøsvollvegen. This is just BEFORE
bridge and road crossing.
From Haugesund/north: Turn right into Tjøsvollvegen ca. 4-500 m after
Statoil gas station at Sævelandsvik, immediately AFTER road crossing (to
Tveit) and bridge.

The houses at Hedleholmen (red) are well visible straight ahead when
turning off from RV47, into Tjøsvollvegen noth at Åkrehamn. Turn 3 times
right. The house is number 3 in a row of 4. Driveway to the door.
