When you enter after climbing 3 floors( no elevator) you find yourself in
what can be called an “artist studio”, all decorated in stone and wood;
wooden beams in the ceiling, wooden floor, wooden walls and here and
there old brick and stone to enhance the charming feeling.

The apartment counts 76 sqm with a big room where in one end you have
the fully equipped American kitchen: gaze, combined stove/micro,dish
washer and freezer/fridge and in the other end the combined lounge and
sleeping corner.

The big wooden kitchen table is made for having a good meal in good
company, maybe a Ratatouille with fresh vegetables from the market
